like a  new one can (DEFINITELY & I  eat these duds right up on the bench!)     or a used or refurb just might.
I just sent a new GW 5Ah  24V battery which was a dud  right out of the box brand back on  07/25/21. What a waste of time!
Don't believe a new battery charger or battery can be a dud?  It's a fact. I've had 4 bad new batteries & 2 new chargers fail over the years on testing  & GW makes good on these to the 1st buyer for 90 days.. they know 12-15% of their stuff is defective,   they don't care, it's the cost of being cheap,  that's why I put the chargers I sell through this  hell... Just like the 101 charges noted here.. Torture tested.. some days charging up to 4 batteries per day between 30 min cool downs. NO ONE DOES THIS BUT ME . The result? You get a thoroughly vetted unit ready for maximum return . NOT a return to the seller!!

I've  not yet  had one buyer reach out to me in disappointment &  I've been selling these GW units after this previously undisclosed time consuming  personal  vetting regimen  since 2013 .

I've never sold a charger to a buyer in the mid south, Alaska or Hawaii..anybody out there??
